**Job Description**
The Senior Strategy Consultant is responsible for the collection and analysis of Prime-specific, competitor, and industry-wide information and data. This position is responsible for analyzing and evaluating opportunities to improve capabilities to meet strategic plan objectives, merger and acquisition support, pricing, and other corporate initiatives. This role is also responsible for building valuation models to make corporate development decisions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain database of competitive and benchmark data gathered from industry information from research sources including the internet, trade publications, periodicals, analyst presentations, SEC filings, etc.
+ Support development of analytic methodologies
+ Support development of business cases for internal and external opportunities by gathering and analyzing data to support key decision points
+ Collect and maintain data to monitor ongoing performance against Prime's Strategic Imperatives
+ Support Board document preparation processes by providing needed analytics and administrative tasks
+ Other duties as assigned
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience; HS Diploma or GED is required
+ 5 years of work experience in strategy, research or healthcare
