POSITION SUMMARY

Key Account Support Specialist

As a Key Account Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success. Your primary responsibilities will include directing client annual review process to customers. You will work closely with Key Account Managers ("KAMs") to manage client business planning, forecasting, annual reviews, and joint business planning. You will leverage insights to develop category review presentations and promotional planning.

In this role, you will also actively manage and develop strategic annual plans for clients. You're the expert within client systems and platforms. You will lead all issue resolution activities with client systems, identify all overspend and/or spending shortfalls, and work with relevant KAMs to resolve, using insights and data to recommend improvements. As a KASS, you're the expert for the client(s) products, brands, SKUs, pricing and promotional plans. You suggest strategic actions and guide client promo planning activities.

Essential Responsibilities

* Research and implement effective strategies for clients so they can meet business objectives, including revenue and market share objectives
* Make recommendations for how clients can achieve financial targets
Analysis and Presentations
* Analyze data to identify trends and recommend opportunities for improvement and reduce competitive threats

Client Key Performance Indicators Achievement
* Analyze performance metrics of assigned clients and make recommendations for improvement

* Review marketing schematics on behalf of customers, and coordinate closely with cross-functional stakeholders in our schematic, reset and retail departments

* Drive cross-collaboration among all other internal teams

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1-3+ Years of experience with grocery operations, including promotional planning activities, systems experience preferred.

The Key Account Manager - Biogas is a hunter and rallies their peers to provide world class products and service across a group of high value, existing accounts. **Principal Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Carry out responsibilities in an ethical manner in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
+ Territory to primarily include new and existing accounts across North America, active in landfill gas and/or biogas digestors (wastewater, dairy, foodwaste), with others to be assigned as required
+ Achieve sales and margin targets for Vilter gas compression products in assigned territory
+ Drive specification of and preference for Vilter products and services by developing working level relationships with end-users, biogas upgraders, system integrators, and other contractors.
+ Identify, qualify, contact, and develop new accounts within biogas digestor space to ensure maximum outreach / share of wallet
+ Advance Vilter's value proposition and technical advantages through frequent visits to key stakeholders, tradeshow attendance, and industry associations. Regular travel required, up to 100 nights per year.
+ Move Vilter's position as a value provider, gaining "Trusted Advisor" status with key customers. Advise the organization on how to manage key relationships within assigned account base.
+ Maintain up-to-date forecasts, project details, and competitor notes through Salesforce CRM
+ Proactively seek customer insights on overall market health, product needs, and competitor movements, advising the organization of threats and opportunities as they arise
+ Obtain and qualify new project opportunities to present to leadership team on regular cadence, rallying organization to capture new business
+ Collaborate across functions to ensure strong performance and positive customer experience.
+ Actively support Vilter commercial processes including developing and submitting sales proposals, negotiating customer terms & conditions, and other customer contractual agreements
+ Demonstrate full ownership of sales process from point of enquiry to closure of purchase order. Provides aftersales support as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
+ Other duties as business needs emerge.
**Education & Skill Requirements:**
+ A minimum of 5 years' experience working in biogas industry, preferably in sales or customer facing technical roles.
+ Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or similar field. Equivalent experience in engineering role may be considered.

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Area Director, the Key Account Director- Sales (KAD) Oncology is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing business strategic plans in launching and selling products of Celltrion USA, Inc. (Company). Other responsibility includes analysis of sales data to identify opportunities for business growth in assigned territory- Washington, DC - Virginia .


KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop account strategy and plans to deliver sales results
  • Identify opportunities and strategies to improve the positioning of Celltrion USA products at a local level
  • Engage HCPs in dialogue about approved indications, product efficacy/safety profil es, and treatment protocols to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients
  • Establish and maintain ongoing, long-term collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Deli ver plans and achieve sales goals on budget
  • Ability to travel 50%+ of the time


WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharma-Commercial, pre-launch launch, and post-launch of products


QUALIFIC ATIONS

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in biologics, biosimilars, and the full life cycle of product launch and post-l aunch.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Both a team player and individual contributor.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and visual communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly by directing the team effectively.


EDUCATION

Bachelors Degree required in business or related field; advanced degrees, MBA, MS in business or related field is a plus.
