**What You'll Do:**

+ **Document Preparation:** Create, edit, and format documents and presentations. Ensure all materials are accurate, professional, and align with team standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, responding appropriately or directing them to the correct personnel.
  • Organize and manage logistics for meetings, including room bookings, catering, and technology setup.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with expense report preparation and submission.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing high-level administrative support to executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with calendar management and travel coordination.
