**Qualifications:**
+ 1+ years talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience required.
+ Proven performance in talent manager/director role.
+ Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
+ Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficient in MS Office, databases and other technology systems.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferred
Salary: The typical salary range for this position is $77,969 to $80,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
