Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides technical support for workstation, server, and network hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.

  • Addresses and resolves reported hardware and/or software problems accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Performs technical tasks relevant to assigned duties, ensuring all systems function correctly.
