The PwC Deal Analytics practice is a blend of deals and consulting professionals with a diverse set of skills and backgrounds including financial, commercial, operational and data science. You will develop dashboards, models, and tools to understand product, operational and client performance to influence and inform business strategies with effective data visualization and storytelling. You'll work closely and partner with with Product Managers, Operators and Engineers, proactively identifying opportunities to track critical data, uncover insights and execute the overall analytics roadmap. You will:
+ Lead a central BI&Delivery team that modernizes our analytics operations, rationalizes and consolidates metrics to create insights analytics from data.
+ Accountability for transformation and outcomes of business-aligned Point-of-Delivery team (data engineering, analytics, business partners) with direct and indirect leadership - managing a global team of analysts
+ Lead and Drive definition of KPIs to meet company goals in partnership with Provider Ops, Product and Engineering
+ Identify, structure, and define data sets from various sources to ensure they are accessible, accurate, and deliver actionable insights to users in collaboration with Product, Engineering and users
+ Develop, create and maintain the curated source of truth for analytics and reporting for a business function
+ Develop and mature a portfolio of analytics, including self-service tooling for business partners and customer-facing users to independently answer product, ops and customer related questions
+ Partner with Product Managers to establish a consistent set of KPIs and benchmarks to measure product performance
+ Develop models and dashboards for use by Product Managers and stakeholders to track performance, highlight trends, establish business value, and expose inefficiencies
+ Train users on available tools and dashboards, empowering them to derive insights independently
+ Design, build, and maintain a data governance model
+ Develop processes to manage data model changes, ensuring models are well-documented, version-controlled, and remain in sync across teams and systems.
