About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic AI & Software Engineer to join our Transformation & AI team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about bringing the power of AI into real-world business problems.

You will be responsible for leading the implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft's Azure ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI, Copilot frameworks, and Microsoft 365 integrations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, thrives in ambiguity, and can rapidly translate business challenges into technical solutions, excited about prototyping AI agents, building quick PoCs, and shaping strategic AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of AI solutions using Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and Microsoft Copilot SDKs.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven transformation across back-office operations.

  • Build, test, and iterate on proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilots that solve real business problems quickly.

  • Integrate AI agents and copilots into existing business workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, Graph API, and Teams/365 ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with business and software engineering teams to productionize successful PoCs and ensure adherence to full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.

  • Stay on top of the evolving AI/ML landscape, especially within Microsoft's AI ecosystem, and bring new ideas into the organization.

Qualifications:

  • English and Portuguese fluency.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Experience in software development , with focused on AI/ML solutions.

  • Proven experience with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure ML).

  • Hands-on experience building copilots or intelligent agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot SDK, Teams Toolkit, Azure AI Foundry, and/or Power Platform.

  • Hands-on experience on Azure Cloud Services such as FunctionApps, LogicApps, AppServices, and CosmosDB.

  • Strong programming skills in Python, C# , or JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Experience working within Agile SDLC processes, with a deep understanding of best practices for scalable software delivery.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

  • UI/UX skills - HTML, JavaScript. Integrating AI bots into web portals.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration and RPA tools - UI Path, Power Automate etc.

Preferred Skills:

  • Azure cloud certification.

  • Experience with Power Automate and familiarity with Process Automation tools.

  • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases (e.g., Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, or Qdrant).

  • Knowledge and/or experience with LLM frameworks for building Agentic AI like - LangChain, CrewAI, n8n etc.

  • Experience integrating LLMs into business process workflows and chat-based UI (Teams, Power Apps, etc.).

  • Exposure to enterprise business processes in operations, finance, HR, or legal functions.

  • Prior experience in building citizen-developer enablement or AI CoE initiatives is a strong plus.

Oracle is seeking a content creator to join the AI product marketing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for generating content for a broad range of products within the AI portfolio. This role will require the creator to develop content that resonates with both external and internal stakeholders, with content assets including customer presentations, web pages, marketing campaign assets, technical and marketing blog posts, social media posts, white papers, videos, and strategic messaging. The creator will drive key marketing priorities, effectively providing extensive content development expertise to the next new product introduction or global marketing initiative. They will also collaborate with product marketing and product management on the development of global content assets. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of AI, generative AI, large language models, AI agents, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS applications, as well as the ability to generate high-impact content assets with attention to detail.
**Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Development of compelling product marketing content for both product launches and existing products within the AI portfolio
+ Development and refinement of best-in-class professional presentations on topics related to specific AI, cloud infrastructure and related software and cloud services
+ Developing and executing sales programs with target markets, key messages, supporting evidence in white papers, references, use cases and sales enablement of said programs
+ Working with product development teams to translate technical features into customer value propositions, compelling sales events and competitive advantages while evangelizing their solution and customer successes to our target audiences - both external and internal
+ Maintaining external and internal web content and social media avenues to build product awareness
+ Acting as the product marketing expert and evangelist for Oracle AI products both internally and externally.
+ Understanding the competitive landscape and communicating winning tactics to the field and our partners.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 6+ years' product marketing and/or solution marketing experience in the tech industry
+ Strong knowledge of the end-to-end cloud services go-to-market processes including segmentation, targeting, demand generation, sales engagement (enterprise and volume), consumption, and optimization.
+ Experience marketing AI
+ Strong product positioning and messaging skills
+ Ability to think strategically with tactical execution.
+ Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills.
+ Capable of producing compelling, high-quality documents and presentations on short timelines.
+ Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
+ Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
+ Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
+ Bachelor's degree
