Position Overview

The Government Banking Officer manages our government banking business and team, consistent with the strategic initiatives of the Bank, and develops tactical processes to grow the business.

This position serves as the Bank's contact for municipal and public-sector clients, focused on the delivery of customized deposit products and Treasury Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees the day to day of Government Banking operations; assigns annual goals and overall success of the department and team. Approves departmental transactions including wires, ACH limits and RDC limits in accordance with authorities given.
  • Maintains the Bank's existing Government client relationships, by providing exceptional service and expert knowledge, in accordance with the Bank's policies, procedures and profitability measurements.
  • Develops strategies to generate new business and retain existing relationships. Introduces products and services to build revenue and allow clients to operate more efficiently. Performs business development activities including sales calls and prospecting to establish new client relationships that meet bank profitability objectives.
  • Research and develop new products to meet client needs and build revenue.
  • Meets with COI's to obtain new client opportunities. Develops presentations to COI's to increase sales of new products and services.
  • Attends annual conferences and seminars to identify new client opportunities and promote the Bank's position in the market.
  • Prepares and reviews proposals and request for proposal responses.
  • Presents and deliveries proposals to customers and their respective boards, as needed.
  • Participates in committee meetings as directed by Executive Management. Conducts meetings with direct reports to review results.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus 8 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Eight years related management experience.
  • Three years' business development experience.
  • Prior experience working with government agencies.

Working Conditions

Pay Details: $114,100 - $163,000 annually. Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs. **Client Partner- Banking & Financial Services**
**Overview**
**Client Partners plays a key role in our growth and are tasked with rapid business expansion within their assigned accounts, responsible for growth, health, and prospects of account relationships. The Client Partner is the end-to-end account owner responsible for overall account P&L and senior client relationships. We need a leader with extensive CxO level relationship building skills and executive connects, as well as a focus on revenues, operating margin, customer satisfaction, and employee growth and development. Must bring outstanding consulting skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems, and solutions.**
**Key Responsibilities**
**· Drive profitable growth through identifying and leading all aspects of the closure of new, renewal, and expansion opportunities**

**Required Qualifications**
+ Minimum 15+ years in the domain, in a client facing role or account leadership role, in a IT professional services or management consulting firm
+ Experience of leading diverse teams, experience of cultivating and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment
+ Strong experience with the global service delivery model
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ In-depth understanding of business problem domain, technology, and services solution domains for the targeted industry vertical.
+ A strong performance track record of leading different portfolios-ranging from sales, new sales, programs and existing annuity business
+ Ability to navigate a large organization, work in a multifaceted matrix and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence
+ Ability to lead a client P&L of at least $35/40 million dollars, including reporting and metric assessment for the account

Senior Counsel, Open Banking
Overview:
Mastercard is searching for a technology and transactional lawyer to provide product development and commercial sales legal support and counsel to the Mastercard Open Banking Americas team. The role will act as an advisor for Mastercard Open Banking's product and sales teams by partnering with the business to deliver on commercial objectives and strategy. The role will report to the Vice President for the Mastercard Open Banking Americas legal team.
Role:
The key responsibilities for the role include:
- Provide legal and business risk assessment and analysis on matters including new product constructs, sales agreements and go-to-market strategies related to Mastercard's open banking products in the Americas.
- Advise from the concept through development to launch stage and beyond of various solutions and services.

  • Solution Architect with the following experience:

  • Previous Development experience ( Cloud, DevOps, Agile)

  • Experience with services management ( web services, REST, Web API, ESB , message-based) development, integration and deployment
