**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Director of Business Planning and Forecasting develops financial plans and monthly estimates to support the company's objectives and brand goals at the total channel level. He/she also provides detailed forecasting and analysis to support both pre-season and in-season management of the business in order to maximize sales, margin, and EBIT. He/she will collaborate with the Finance, Planning, Buying, Ecom and Store teams. He/she will also work closely with the SVP of Planning on streamlining reporting, processes, systems and tools for the planning organization across O&O and wholesale. He/she will also partner with the SVP of Planning on the development and execution of strategic initiatives within planning to drive sales and optimize profit. He/she will build out digital strategies as we pivot to a digital first mindset. He/she will communicate across the business to ensure execution of critical business strategies.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Prepare the annual budget and monthly management estimate by channel validating sales and margin and ensuring that financial projections represent new strategies, events and holiday shifts, and mitigates risk. This estimate is directly fed into the P&L and informs critical business decisions
+ Identify and validate sales and margin growth and inventory productivity opportunities for annual and three year strategic plans, ensuring execution of the PVH+ Plan
+ Support in completion and analysis for the weekly and monthly management presentations with brand president
+ Compile and prepare hindsight and financial strategy topline presentations
+ Evaluate processes across O&O and wholesale and devise innovative strategies to breakdown silos and improve cross-channel collaboration (i.e. inventory optimization)
+ Operate as business point person for system and tool implementations ensuring that business processes are optimized
+ Streamline reporting to allow for improved business analysis and identification of risks and opportunities
+ Collaborate with SVP Planning on strategic initiatives to execute on PVH+ plan from a planning perspective (inclusive of growing the digital business through improved visibility, forecasting, assortment optimization and pricing)
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ 5-7 years merchandise planning experience; 10 or more years of total work experience
+ Bachelor's Degree required
+ Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presenting complex material in an organized and compelling manner
+ Strong interpersonal, presentation, and supervisory abilities
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills with track record of driving results through innovative solutions
+ Ability to balance both quantitative and qualitative information when recommending strategies and tactics.
+ Technical knowledge in PC based systems and application software. Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.

Minimum Requirements

The Hub Delivery team is looking for a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to drive program insights, standardization and mechanisms across a matrixed and diverse team. This individual will work with cross-functional leaders to gain alignment on common practices, policies, and prioritization across various central teams including product, marketing, network planning and quality as well as stakeholder teams such as ops integration, finance, risk and more.

Key job responsibilities
Business and Network Planning: This individual will be responsible for mid-term/intra-year business planning, volume planning, acquisition planning. Additionally, they will lead local business reviews at a regular cadence, set goals and targets, and host discussions to shape the network.

Adapt to rapidly changing topline and capacity forecasts to determine optimal channel allocation.
Collaborate closely with AMZL and DSP teams to ensure the proper balance between network efficiency and partner satisfaction.
Leverage planning and communication tools to provide transparency to key stakeholders for capacity, labor, and route planning workstreams on a weekly basis.
Be a change agent who is comfortable pushing on dependencies and gaps to meet previously agreed upon commitments.
Build a volume plan that can accommodate the complexity and scale of the ever-growing (including geography, size, as well as feature deployment) Hub Delivery network.
Develop models that account for quality, cost, speed, and more, with high accuracy and predictability.

The Hub Delivery program is part of Amazon's fast growing and always evolving delivery program. We partner with customer-obsessed small business owners who then deliver to Amazon customers. Our partners raise the bar for the delivery experience, in some of the most complex last mile scenarios. Today, we are building the Hub Delivery network in Brazil, Egypt, India, Japan, Mexico, Spain, UAE and the US, while planning for continued expansion where relevant.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
