**Job Summary**
The Manager - Marketing Analytics is a key member of the Marketing Operations team, responsible for driving a unified data strategy that supports marketing effectiveness and decision-making. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identify and assess data sources, and ensure data quality. Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving digital strategy and execution across Texas and North American marketing teams. Key Deliverables
Digital Marketing/Lead Management
+ Work in conjunction with Marketing PMs to assist with paid and organic digital tactics including SEO/SEM, database marketing, social marketing, email marketing, quarterly audits and provide general agency/vendor direction to comply with marketing plan and budgets.
+ Manage Salesforce, Pardot and Hubspot CRM to ensure all leads are captured, receiving communications, are distributed to sales, enrolled in correct workflows and that all data and systems are in sync.
+ Assist with execution of adjustments in Salesforce, Pardot and Hubspot including lead scoring, lead nurturing and workflow management. Troubleshoot processes having issues and determine a solution.
