POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Cashier is dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences and ensuring a seamless shopping journey for our customers. Your friendly disposition, extensive product knowledge, and adherence to high standards will contribute to our Front-End operations.
Welcome every customer warmly and proactively engage with them to understand their needs during their shopping experience.
Handle customer sales transactions and returns in line with established Front-End procedures.
Encourage participation in company programs including loyalty programs, warranty services, and private label credit card enrollment.
Follow established policies related to safety, loss prevention, and operational procedures while maintaining confidentiality of company information.
Help create an inclusive atmosphere in the store where all (teammates and customers) feel safe and respected.
Be willing to support teammates across various store areas as needed.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in retail sales, cashier roles, or customer service is preferred.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and occasionally lift items weighing 15 to 35 pounds (up to 5 times per hour).
Capability to work on your feet for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
The targeted pay range for this position is $12.50 - $19.50 per hour. Starting pay may vary based on factors including location and experience. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
