Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician for a 2-month contract in Tucson, AZ 85757.

**Required Skills & Experience**
+ 2-5 years of relevant IT or field service experience preferred (training provided for qualified candidates with less experience).
+ Strong hands-on hardware repair experience (printers, PCs, POS systems).
+ Familiarity with ticketing systems and break-fix troubleshooting.
+ Basic networking knowledge (wired/wireless).

**What You Will Be Doing**

+ Support general IT needs across multiple clients and locations (restaurants, retailers, banks, etc.).

**Field Service Representative - Radiology - Tucson, AZ**
**PURPOSE**
The primary purpose of the position is to provide direct on-site emergency service, preventive maintenance and installation support to end user customers while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The position is also responsible for assisting in reaching Service Zone Revenue targets with work group sales responsibilities ranging from 1 to 2 MM dollars and to communicate product sales opportunities to Sales and Applications team's members as needed. Willingness to acquire and use sales skills is a must. Difficulties include extensive travel (50,000 to 75,000 driving miles per year), working with contaminated products, exposure to X-rays and Magnetic fields, sick patients and the need to lift heavy equipment (over 50lbs). Typical work week approaches 50 hrs and on-call duty as needed by Zone Service manager.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance of medical equipment with a hospital or healthcare system to ensure optimal delivery of healthcare services to patients
+ Perform troubleshooting, service repairs and installations of moderate complexity
+ Lead communications with customers and serve as escalation point for customer related concerns, including installations
+ Own customer issues from dispatch or identification of issue to resolution.
+ Proactively engage with other team members to ensure appropriate solution for the customer
+ Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication, resolution and proper follow up to drive customer satisfaction
+ Adhere to company policies, procedures and hospital protocols to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensuring documentation of all work performed is captured including metrics and ordering parts
+ Partner with the customer and/or the sales team to recommend value-added services that will help the customer run their business more efficiently
+ Utilize the GEHC escalation process, as needed, and work closely with region and national support to define and implement corrective action plans to resolve customer issues

**Qualifications/Technical Requirements:**
+ Educational and Technical Requirements
+ Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education and 4 years of experience servicing electronic equipment
+ Or high school diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience
+ Technical capabilities in Xray, CT, MR, NUC Med, Ultrasound, PET, Vascular including troubleshooting, repair and installation
+ Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License
+ Experience with Web applications as well as Microsoft suite of products

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Ability to be available after hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule including weekends
+ Ability to lift, carry push and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted and frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit and stand for long periods of time. Ability to reach at, above and below shoulder level, flex/extend neck and have good hand and finger dexterity.

Responsibilities:
+ Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
+ Perform general and detailed repair of all trucks, engines and components.
+ Overhaul gas or diesel engines.
+ Install injectors, pistons, liners, cam shafts, cylinder heads, rod and main bearings, oil pans, clutches, fan hubs, differentials, fifth wheels, brakes, change or recharge batteries, and replace transmissions and other parts.
+ Read job order, observe and listen to vehicle in operation to determine malfunction and plan work procedures.
+ Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and make adjustments as needed.
+ Lubricate moving parts and drive repaired vehicle to verify conformance to specifications.
+ Tag all warranty parts and returns to warranty clerk.
+ Attend training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
+ Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase overall customer satisfaction

Basic Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
+ 5 years' experience as a Class 7 & 8 technician in a dealership or related truck service facility
+ Valid driver license (CDL a plus!)
+ Peterbilt, International, Ford, Hino, Isuzu, Cummins, &/or ASE certifications are preferred & rewarded
