**Pay:** $72,392 / year + customer tips
**Schedule:** Tuesday - Saturday and Monday - Friday schedules available
**Start Time:** Between 6 am - 7 am until workload completed

Responsibilities
**Safety Focus**
+ Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, follow defined safe work practices, and complete DOT required documentation on a daily basis
+ Adhere to our safety policies which include the prohibited use of electronic devices while driving and reporting any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status
**Service Orientation**
+ Be courteous, outgoing and always maintain a professional image
+ Meet each customer's individual preference by delivering the correct products to the right location during their scheduled day and timeframe
+ Maintain necessary delivery information on all accounts including cash and receipts
+ Find opportunities to maximize efficiencies and bring actionable solutions to leadership
+ Act as a team player by supporting the team with decisions and helping others when needed
+ Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services to customers while adhering to a strict quality process
**Selling Skills**
+ Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines set forth by Primo Brands
+ Upsell additional products and services to existing customers and achieve monthly customer acquisition goals
Qualifications
+ Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions)
+ Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist you with obtaining your Class B CDL
+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
+ Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
+ Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather
+ Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings
+ Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools as appropriate, with or without a reasonable accommodation
+ Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average 40-55 times per day
+ Ability to work an average 45-hour week or more, including variable start/end times
+ Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull and walk all day, with or without a reasonable accommodation
+ You must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for Primo Brands.
+ You must possess a clean driving record, which means: in the last 3 years, that you've only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 3 years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident.

Join this fleet and you'll haul van loads for an established customer that's been with Roehl for a long time, and we're expanding our services.
You'll get home weekly in this dedicated fleet, and, depending on where you live, you may get home during the week with a load.
In some areas, truck parking may be at one of our facilities.
Your routes will be regular and regionalized.

When you drive through the states of New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island and portions of other states such as New York (the southeast section including the cities of Utica and Albany), Pennsylvania (east of I-81), Vermont (South of Highway 9), New Hampshire (south of Manchester), and Maryland (the northern portion, including Baltimore), you'll earn another 8 cents per mile.

JOB SUMMARY : The CDL Overnight Delivery/Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to designated locations while ensuring compliance with all company, local, state, and federal regulations. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (is not limited too)
- Overnight shuttle driver Monday-Friday 6pm-4am; 10-hour shifts 4 days a week. Exact hours can vary depending on business needs.
- Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of products according to pre-established schedules.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is safe and roadworthy.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery times, mileage, fuel use, and any delays or issues encountered.
- Verify invoices and paperwork for accuracy, return all documents in an organized manner, and communicate any discrepancies, shortages, or issues to the Manager and Warehouse Manager.
- Ensure all cargo is securely loaded and unloaded in accordance with safety standards.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations related to driving and vehicle operation, including hours of service.
- Keep the vehicle and associated equipment in good working condition, following the company’s maintenance schedule, including regular cleaning of the truck’s interior.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries, ensuring that products are delivered in a professional and courteous manner.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and DOT medical card at all times.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform additional tasks as needed or assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
- Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
- 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
Important Note: Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
- Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
- Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
- Performs other duties as assigned
