The Administrative Assistant must be someone who is self-motivated, learns quickly, anticipates needs, works independently and has demonstrated the ability to multitask. The successful candidate needs strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**
+ Provides general administrative support which could include coordinating meetings and appointments, planning events/meetings, ordering office supplies, maintaining files, badging / credentials for any visitors and contractors.
+ Provides thorough calendar management including: Ensuring the right people are in each meeting, helping manage cadence of meetings to maximize leader's time (i.e., when possible leaving blocks of calendar time free for work time), gathering pre-read in advance
+ Coordinates domestic and international travel plans as required. All travel planning and booking including support scheduling in person meetings in line with planned travel, and managing expense reports.
+ Assists in managing SharePoint for the team.
+ Communicates and interacts effectively with other leaders and employees.
+ Maintains highest degree of confidentiality at all times.
+ Assists in preparing presentation slides including proof-reading.
+ Coordinates meetings, conference calls, and catering needs.
+ Orders supplies and equipment.
+ Independently completes projects by gathering, organizing and summarizing information and preparing documents from general instructions.
+ Maintains effective networks throughout Chevron and outside organizations.

The CNE Business Performance & Finance Planning Lead is responsible for the development of CNE's annual business plan and prepares monthly financial forecasts with strategic insight. **Required Qualifications:**
