The Role
Our client is seeking a growth-minded, purpose-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company through its next stage of expansion. This is a high-impact role for a proven leader with deep CPG experience, strong omnichannel expertise, and a passion for building teams and scaling brands.
The incoming CEO will partner closely with the Board and investors to shape company strategy, scale revenue, and build organizational infrastructure while staying true to the company's health-focused mission and values.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for leading the executive team and delivering on strategic priorities, including:
- Scaling omnichannel distribution across Amazon, retail, and DTC
- Driving brand and product innovation to meet evolving consumer needs
- Building and developing a high-performing leadership team
- Optimizing operational infrastructure to support growth and profitability
- Partnering with private equity sponsors to align on KPIs and long-term goals
- Upholding and evolving the brand's mission in a rapidly changing marketplace
- 10+ years of leadership experience in consumer packaged goods, ideally in natural food or supplements
- Track record of scaling revenue with omnichannel execution
- Strong experience leading teams in Amazon, retail (natural and conventional), and DTC channels
- Private equity-backed company experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success building and leading executive teams through growth and change
