+ The Partner Services Center of Excellence (CoE) team operates at the intersection of Client's Cloud Customer Care and partner delivery teams, driving partnership enablement and delivery excellence.
+ The team manages critical operational programs that support partner readiness, staffing enablement, and compliance in delivery execution.
**Position Overview:**
+ We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Business Program Manager - Operations Strategy & Partner Delivery to support key operational and partner delivery initiatives.
+ This role will help ensure smooth program execution, compliance tracking, and communication alignment across partner teams, internal delivery teams, and client's staffing operations.
+ The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, process-heavy, and cross-functional environments, balancing program management, data reporting, and stakeholder coordination with strong communication and analytical skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support partner selection and management processes - including RFx preparation, data analysis, executive communications, and stakeholder coordination.
+ Perform root cause analysis and resolution of partner escalations.
+ Manage Flex and Subcontracting engagement models - tracking staffing requests and aligning candidate profiles to requirements.
+ Develop clear, visually compelling executive presentations that distill complex data into actionable insights.
+ Drive strategic partner delivery programs (e.g., Rapid Staffing) and related operational initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and communication.
+ Maintain process documentation, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
+ Oversee multiple workstreams including partner onboarding, vendor operations, and event deliverables.
+ Run and interpret SQL-based reports to extract and summarize data for business stakeholders.
+ Create and update executive-level presentations and reports highlighting program metrics and progress.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally across partner, delivery, and staffing teams to ensure program alignment and timely execution.
+ Monitor timelines, identify risks, and proactively mitigate delivery or compliance issues.
+ Act as liaison between internal and partner teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or process improvement roles.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in working with cross-functional teams and executives.
+ Basic SQL proficiency - ability to write queries, perform joins, and extract relevant data for reporting.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Experience with data visualization or BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) preferred.
+ Background in technology, vendor operations, or supply chain environments preferred but not required.
+ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience supporting partner or vendor operations within large enterprise or tech environments.
+ Exposure to strategy & operations or business transformation programs.
+ Comfortable navigating gray areas and process ambiguity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
+ Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

**Role Summary**
We are seeking a **Business Insights Analyst** to join our Early Career team. This role is ideal for someone a few years out of undergrad (pre-MBA), with consulting, financial analyst, or data analytics experience, who is excited to work at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution.
The Senior Business Analyst will bring together disparate sets of data across business units, extract insights, and translate them into actionable opportunities. They will help design dashboards and data visualizations to track progress and communicate findings to senior leadership. A core focus will be uncovering cross-business synergies-such as co-selling opportunities, pricing strategies, and bundling approaches-that accelerate Pearson's growth in the early career market.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Aggregate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple Pearson business units (e.g., certification, courseware, digital learning content) to surface actionable insights.
+ Develop dashboards, scorecards, and data visualization tools to monitor progress and communicate performance to executive-level stakeholders.
+ Support strategic initiatives by identifying cross-sell, bundling, and pricing opportunities across customer segments.
+ Partner with product, sales, and finance teams to model business scenarios and quantify potential impact.
+ Prepare executive-ready presentations and reports that clearly communicate insights, trends, and recommendations.
+ Track progress against key initiatives, ensuring accountability and transparency across the team.
+ Conduct ad hoc analysis to support new opportunities and priority strategic questions.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, data analytics, or related field.
+ 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, financial analysis, or a related data-driven role.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
+ Experience gathering, synthesizing, and presenting complex data in clear and compelling ways.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill insights for senior leadership.
+ Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a complex, matrixed organization.
+ Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a strong sense of ownership.
**Preferred Skills**

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $90,000 - $95,000.

**PRIMARY PURPOSE** **:** To manage the Professional Liability team of 5-7 colleagues including compliance with company standards and industry best practices; to ensure consistent delivery of quality services including direct operational responsibility of an office in the location where the manager resides; to manage the staffing and training needs; and to manage budget preparation and profit and loss management for assigned offices.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Oversees overall Professional Liability operations management for assigned locations.
+ Establishes policy and procedures to assure compliance to best practices, claims management services standards, state regulations, and client service requirements.
+ Establishes business plan with goals and objectives for the partnership and locations/offices.
+ Monitors management reports relating to the partnership/office performance.
+ Assists with the coordination of sales and client service efforts.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education & Licensing**

Eight (8) years Professional Liability experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, including three (3) years prior supervisory experience.
