Soni is hiring for a client seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to partner with the CEO of a large, fast-paced organization. This is a high-visibility role that requires exceptional professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to stay composed under pressure while anticipating needs and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and safeguard the CEO's calendar, ensuring time is allocated to high-priority initiatives.
  • Coordinate Board of Directors meetings from preparing agendas and briefing materials to capturing accurate minutes.
  • Arrange and oversee complex travel plans and related logistics.
  • Prepare polished presentations, reports, and meeting documents.
  • Maintain a robust network of industry and policy contacts, scheduling strategic meetings that advance organizational goals.
  • Support cross-departmental projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning executive retreats, off-sites, and special events.
  • Monitor and manage administrative budgets and expense reports with accuracy.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years supporting C-Suite leaders in a large organization at least 2 years directly with a CEO.
  • Experience coordinating with a Board of Directors.
  • Confident yet approachable someone who stays calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; project management tool experience a plus.

Compensation : $15,000 - 120,000
