This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customer's buildings by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Overall duties include maintaining common space areas
- Perform all cleaning duties for the facility using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
- Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, dusting, window cleaning, cleaning, maintaining, monitoring, servicing, and restocking restrooms
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Place safety hazard signs in the building including wet floor signs as necessary
- Respond immediately to any major spills or other cleaning crisis
