**Compensation Overview**
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

**What Will You Do?**
+ Hold organizational responsibility for a major segment of Technology Architecture, supporting the Cloud, Core Platform, and Modernization Architecture team.

**What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?**
+ Bachelor's in technology related field or equivalent, with 10+ years of experience in technology architecture.
+ Experience mentoring architecture leaders and demonstrating organizational leadership in an agile model.
+ Ability to lead strategic technology direction and architecture vision, aligning technology target states and roadmaps with business goals.
+ Proven track record of influencing C-level leadership and driving decisions.

+ Ability to execute technology modernization initiatives, including cloud-native migration and API strategy.

+ Hands-on experience in modernizing data technology and information architecture on cloud.

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience

Basic Qualifications
