We are a technology and data-driven engineering design firm headquartered in Nampa, Idaho. Our firm works with clients across the United States to combat the affordable housing crisis by reimagining construction with world-class innovation. We define success by constructability and achieve it through highly coordinated BIM models and a carefully executed quality control plan.
Currently seeking a sharp, self-directed p art-time Social Media Manager (around 50 hours a month) to lead all organic social strategy and execution across the two B2B brands. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role that includes strategy, content creation, copywriting, light design, community engagement, and analytics. Someone who thrives on ownership, can confidently represent the voice of two brands, and has the marketing instincts to turn highly technical services into compelling content. You'll be fully responsible for both accounts’ social media presence, from planning to publishing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO Own and manage monthly content calendars for two separate brands Define and evolve content pillars based on brand priorities, performance trends, and seasonal relevance Align topics with brand positioning, marketing goals, and audience interests Write and design a total of ~32 posts per month per brand (64 total posts):o 3 LinkedIn posts per week (x2 brands = 24/month)
o 1 Instagram + Facebook post per week (x2 brands = 8/month)
Create polished, platform-tailored copy that distills complex B2B topics into approachable, engaging content Design branded graphics for each post using Canva or Adobe tools, following provided brand guidelines Search for relevant stock photography Coordinate with clients for additional assets as needed (from events, etc.) Publish all approved content directly to platforms or via client-provided tools while tagging appropriate organizations Ensure formatting, post timing, and visual presentation are optimized for engagement on each platform Monitor and manage all social interactions for both brands Proactively engage in relevant industry conversations by commenting, reacting, and connecting with prospects and thought leaders Curate and share relevant third-party content that enhances visibility and brand authority Track performance across all platforms Provide a monthly report with key insights, engagement metrics, and strategic recommendations for both brandsWHO YOU ARE
3 - 4+ years of professional social media experience, preferably in B2B and/or agency settings Able to operate independently with minimal direction—you’re a strategist, writer, and project manager in one Skilled copywriter who can communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively across platforms Proficient in Canva (or Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign) with a good design eye and attention to brand consistency Thoughtful and confident in engaging on behalf of a brand, whether in comments, DMs, or public posts Extremely organized and comfortable managing social calendars, workflows, and deadlines for multiple brands RequirementsREQUIREMENTS
