Our client, a reputable academic institution in Phoenix, Arizona, US , is seeking a qualified Adjunct Professor to teach Computer Science courses. This hybrid position involves a combination of in-person lectures and online instruction, offering flexibility for educators. The Adjunct Professor will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative course content, assessing student performance, and providing academic guidance. This role requires a deep understanding of core computer science principles and current industry trends. You will develop lesson plans, create assignments and exams, and facilitate classroom discussions (both physical and virtual). - Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of Computer Science (e.g., programming, data structures, algorithms, AI, cybersecurity).
- Previous teaching experience at the college or university level is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard).
