This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position is remote however; individuals will be required to work in office a few times per year. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Contract Manager to:
• Review and negotiate all procurement contracts with a focus on Lab - Supplier Agreements and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) agreements in compliance with UW Health policies and other key terms
• Manage sourcing and contracting initiatives from conception to completion - including contract review, negotiation and redlining processes.
• Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with various department heads, physician leaders, other clinicians, hospital senior management, and materials management staff to create healthy markets and a competitive sourcing environment - with a high focus on customer service.
• Assemble and present business cases that include data analysis, supplier capabilities/differentiation, market data, and business requirements to key stakeholders and
leadership.
• Analyze processes, recommend internal improvements, and assist in reviews of procurement policies and procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain or related field. Required
- Four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to the experience below
- Master's Degree Preferred
Work Experience
- 4 years of progressive experience in category management of product and/or services portfolio, market analysis, contract analysis, contract negotiation and financial analysis Required
- 2 years of experience with sophisticated materials management information systems software (preferably an ERP system) Required
- Category management in a healthcare setting Preferred

In this Aetna Network Management Role individual contributor role the contract negotiator:
+ Negotiates competitive contracts with health care providers using pre-determined internal guidelines and financial standards.

**Required Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of experience negotiating contracts with ancillary providers, physician groups, and IPAs, including contract language, development, and analysis of rate proposals, identifying operational and financial improvement opportunities, and collection and analysis of competitive data and key financial metrics. Uses competitive and financial data, as well as analysis detail, to negotiate favorable contracts.
+ 3+ years of working knowledge of complex contracting options, provider reimbursement methodologies and terms, and contract setup. Understanding of provider financial issues, industry standard payment policies, regulatory requirements, and competitor strategies.
+ Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
**Preferred Qualifications**

The typical pay range for this role is:

About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II performs maintenance tasks on equipment, including troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and repairing minor faults. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sr. Contract Manager will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing various pharmacy benefit management related agreements and requests for proposal and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the contract life cycle. This position will assist with, or be responsible for, developing and improving contracting processes and maintaining contract management systems and will work closely with internal legal partners.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop responses to requests for proposals/requests for information in support of company's rebate aggregation line of business and otherwise working closely with the sales and account management teams
+ Coordinate the preparation and review of pharmacy benefit management service agreements, business associate agreements, non-disclosure agreements, medical agreements, and other PBM agreements
+ Working directly with internal and external stakeholders to generate, negotiate, and finalize agreements
+ Developing and improving processes for completion of contracts and legal aspects of proposal responses
+ Partnering with internal teams to maintain templates
+ Tracking contract milestones and reviews
+ Assist in maintain and administering the contract management system

**Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelors degree in related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience and/or Paralegal Certificate
