**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Procurement/ Contracts Sr. Analyst, you will design, evaluate, and provide complex reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management, and performance of suppliers and vendors. The primary responsibilities of this role are to review supplier and vendor contracts, negotiate contractual terms, own PO lifecycle and overall supplier relations,

+ Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
+ Present the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business.
+ Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access.
+ Collect and rationalize complex data from many sources. Conduct advanced financial evaluation.
+ Ensure data integrity and accuracy. Use data from many sources to create a complete overview that includes improvements and recommendation.
+ Point of contact for key processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions.
+ Review forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions. Make strategic recommendations to business.
+ Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
+ Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree business, supply chain or related field. Required or
• Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to the experience below. Required
• Master's Degree Preferred

Work Experience

• 5 years progressive experience in contract management of product and/or services portfolio, market analysis, contract analysis, contract negotiation and financial analysis. Required
• 2 years experience with sophisticated materials management information systems software and/or enterprise resource platform (ERP), preferably Oracle Cloud Required
• 2 years of experience and a proven track record in strategic contract management and expense reduction Required
• Procurement experience in healthcare environment Preferred

The role is also fundamental in reviewing that billing and payment processes are efficient, timely, and in compliance with corporate goals, contracts and/or regulations. This position will facilitate and manage contract implementation for operations and partner with Managed Care to develop and maintain agreements that provide medical providers and patients with access to our assays while aligning with Exact Sciences goals and objectives.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop communication for contracts, amendments, and notifications for the internal Revenue Cycle Team (RCT) customers and collaborate with the Field Managed Care team in negotiations with payers for operational optimization.
• Play a role in the development and maintenance of a contract database and contract management system, working with the credentialing and legal teams.
• Collaborate with finance and analytics to identify, analyze, and determine next steps to address negative revenue pull-through scenarios specific to payers and across payer segments; including Medicare Advantage, Blues, Medicaid, etc.
• Collaborate with RCT Managers and specialists to develop and leverage relationships with billing operations staff and payers when resolving claim adjudication issues, both contractual and non-contractual.
• Support execution of pull-through plans to meet quarterly/annual revenue recovery goals.
• Identify broad revenue opportunities that span a particular customer segment; including utilizing Content Management Systems (CMS) for noncontracted Managed Medicare non-payments and the Employer Coalition initiative.
• Consistently identify opportunities to recover revenue.
• Collaborate with the Managed Care team to identify and prioritize plan(s) utilizing key payers for targeted efforts to impact coverage policy decisions.
• Facilitate conversations with appropriate Exact personnel early in the contracting process to provide an overview of the account to avoid delay in implementation down the road.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing/reimbursement, coverage, claims, and appeals.
• Demonstrated understanding of public and private Managed Care payers and reimbursement process.
• Demonstrated understanding of market-related issues, contract basics, product coverage, and pull through rationale.
• Proficient with Excel and Epic or similar database; demonstrated ability to maintain competency levels.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of and/or experience with government Managed Care payers.
• Knowledge of billing and coding.

Salary Range:

$51,000.00 - $84,000.00 The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.

Purpose of this position

The purpose of this position is to evaluate, treat, document and/or facilitate care for residents with impaired ability to function at an independent level due to disease process; participate in the interdisciplinary team meetings as required; assist the Director of Nursing Service in developing decline prevention policies and procedures.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Evaluate and document evaluations of referred residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Provide appropriate treatment to help residents maintain or attain the highest level of function possible within the confines of his/her physical abilities.
• Recommend and/or provide appropriate treatment, preventative measures and adaptive equipment to prevent decline in residents' function.
• Maintain timely and accurate resident reports as required by federal, state and local regulatory agencies and third-party payers.
• Observe infection control procedures.
• Be responsible for the safety of residents under his/her supervision.
• Assume duties related to completion of Minimum Data Set assessments as assigned.
• Complete documentation related to evaluations, treatment plans, MDS assessments, resident care plans and progress notes in a timely manner.
• Participate in resident care conferences, interdisciplinary care conferences and rehabilitation conferences as scheduled.
• Participate in implementation of programs to improve resident care related to Quality Indicators.
• Assume Quality Assurance duties as assigned.
• Consistently work cooperatively with residents, residents' representatives, facility staff, physicians, consultants and ancillary service providers.
