Assists in analyzing and preparing the negotiation and administration of contracts or subcontracts. Researches and reviews specifications and needed documentation in order process requests.

**Minimum Qualifications**

**Other Job Specific Skills**
+ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to include strong editing and writing skills for subcontract formation.
+ Ability to write subcontracts to other contractors against ASM prime contracts; must have a basic understanding of government contract sections to include schedules, performance work statements, and invoicing and payment.

**The Main Responsibilities**
This intern will be aligned to the Enterprise Operations organization and will support the Network Infrastructure Services (NIS) team by working with the Contract Management group within NIS. NIS is responsible for maintaining the contracts related to the underlying rights of the Lumen transport network
+ Audit all new CPMS entries for complianceThis would address and all fields, attachments, etc. that the records must have to be within compliance guideline
+ For records with missing information, the owner would be contacted and the required information update
+ Identify and update all active BAU agreements for data completeness
+ Pull reports from PowerBI
+ Identify the field or fields with missing information
+ Work with the agreement owner to locate this information and get the CPMS record updated accordingl
+ Focus on agreements, but expanding to other areas as time permits
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
**Required qualifications**
+ Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
+ Graduating August 2026 - May 2028
+ Preferred fields include but not limited to:Business, Finance, Infortmation Technology
**Proficiency and understanding of:**
+ MS Office Suite, Power BI a plus
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
**Compensation**
