The Technical Designer bridges the gap between the Creative Director and the PD team to ensure the garments meet quality, fit, construction standards. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in garment construction, fabric, tech pack creation as well as an understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle
How You’ll CREATE:
- Create original sketches and technical drawings for new apparel designs and collections
- Material Selection, work alongside the Product Development lead to choose and source fabrics, colors, trims and embellishments that align with the artists brand keeping in mind pricing and quality standards.
- Produce detailed technical packages and specifications for each design, ensuring designs meet production requirements
- Ability to create tech packs that are not only inclusive of technical sketches but also measurement specifications, fabric details, bill of materials, colorways, and construction details
- Ability to translate design ideas to detailed blueprints for manufacturers to produce a myriad of product offerings from apparel to accessories
- Participate in fit sessions, providing feedback on garment construction and making necessary adjustments to ensure the fit intention is met based on reference samples and creative direction.

+ Engineering, Design and Construction - Oversight management and direction of the site engineering team. + Oversee resource planning, balancing, and adjustments across projects and programs within the ED&C Organization.

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Product Design Director to lead the design strategy and execution for our suite of digital products, including the CNBC.com website, mobile applications, and Connected TV experiences. You'll be responsible for shaping the experience vision and for improving the end-to-end user experience across platforms, elevating our designs, and driving business results through innovative, user-centered design solutions. You will lead a team of designers and a UX researcher. You will also lead design for connected TV apps for our other news brands, namely MSNBC and E!News.
The Job:
+ Shape the experience vision for CNBC's financial news and information on digital platforms
+ Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of UX/UI designers across multiple products
+ Ensure a consistent, intuitive, and engaging user experience across web, mobile, and OTT platforms

+ Experience with designing personalized products or AI features and using new AI prototyping tools would be a plus

We are seeking a Strategic and Visionary Learning & Development Director to lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide learning strategies and scalable instructional ecosystems. This role drives instructional design excellence, workforce readiness, and organizational capability building through innovative learning frameworks, AI-driven solutions, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. You will lead enterprise-wide training operations, including the learning management system (LMS), instructional development for federal projects and special initiatives, and management of the Total Talent Management (TTM) budget.
