What You'll Do:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and scheduling service appointments
- Provide in-person customer support and assist with service-related questions
- Optimize service schedules and assign routes to ensure efficiency for field technicians

What We're Looking for:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and experience with IFS, Salesforce or similar systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment

In this role, you will be the primary contact for customer support-related activities. You will provide best-in-class or excellent customer service for external customers and business partners (distribution) by leveraging excellent, in-depth business knowledge, product knowledge, and the Order-to-Cash process. You will closely collaborate with various departments, such as SIOP, Logistics, and Quality, though this is not an exhaustive list. Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the prime contact for order-related activities for Momentive.
- Build and maintain business relationships with Customers through multiple communication channels.
- Work with associates within his/her department and across the organization to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
- Input new order requests and manage modifications and cancellations for both manual and electronic order communications.
- Coordinate with plants to support on-time order shipment and manage order issues to ensure they are clear for shipment.
- Facilitate new business approvals and set up and maintain accurate customer address, contact information, and customer-specific requirements.
- Ensure appropriate delegation of authority is documented and followed, and perform all duties in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate actions between multiple departments to meet customer-specific needs.
- Inform sales representatives of current customer activity and order statuses as appropriate.
- Work in partnership with the credit department and plants to ensure orders are invoiced and processed promptly.
- Communicate proactively with customers on requirements, order statuses, forecast, open complaints, etc., to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Participate in both internal and external order management audits.

Base Pay Range: $44,300 - $64,900. The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable.

Job DescriptionThe CSR is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience. They manage working relationships with customers and insurances companies while providing all components of administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.
Key Job Responsibilities- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using Daily Demand Capacity Planner, CCC One schedule and proper scripting. (CCC One is our repair management system)
- Ensure timely retrieval of insurance assignments and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation in order to dissemble vehicles for repairs.
- Prepares RO (repair order) work packet consisting of QC (quality control) check list, work order, parts list and windshield tag used to record the proper indicators -R (rental)-NR (no rental)-G (Gerber pay).
- Records all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using CCC One notes and selecting the appropriate communication type.
- Confirms car rental information and updates CCC One with rental car usage information.
- Manage ARMS (automated rental management system) throughout the day to ensure all vehicles appearing in the ARMS system are also noted in CCC One.
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma)
- Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
- Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience.
- Ability to function well in a fast past environment, demonstrating multitasking ability while under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Knowledge of general office equipment and basic computer skills as well as good oral and written communication skills with strong sales drive and exceptional customer service.
