A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

This job keeps you on your toes doing a number of different tasks, but customer service is always your top priority. As a Customer Service Representative / Retail Sales Associate, you cheerfully welcome every customer that walks through our doors. When customers need assistance, you drop what you're doing to ensure that their needs are met. You happily recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise. Acting as a cashier, you assist patrons with purchases.

You also clean, stock, rotate food products, and complete anything else that needs to be done. Customers are impressed with how well kept and clean our store is. Because of your superior service and ability to create a welcoming environment, our customers want to return to our stores. QUALIFICATIONS

WORK SCHEDULE

Our Customer Service Representatives / Retail Sales Associates work a variety of shifts. Weekday shifts are typically 6:00 am-2:00 pm and 2:00 pm-10:00 pm. The weekend shifts are 6:00 am-12:00 pm, 12:30 pm-6:00 pm, and 6:00 pm-11:00 pm. We do offer flexibility in our schedules with options to work full-time or part-time.

    As a Roses/Roses Express Customer Service Associate you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers.
