We are seeking a well-rounded customer service team member. Someone who anticipates what is needed next and will go above and beyond to deliver first class service. We would like you to be full-time, but will also consider part-time flexible schedules. We are looking for someone with insurance experiance, or office experience. Are you currently having success at an insurance agency, but looking for a better culture? You should apply too. This is a position where you'll have opportunity for advancement.
We provide hands on training along with a team concept of constant support with four other dedicated on our service and review team. We know if you aren't successful, we aren't successful. The Sniezek Group Agency is the largest Allstate Insurance agency in MN and still growing. We have offices in Brooklyn Park 55445, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove 55369 and Rogers 55374. Each agency has a small office feel, but we all work together to manage the agency as a whole.

The Field Customer Service Representative acts as a field-based project manager and customer advocate, providing personalized on-site support throughout construction projects. This role combines project management expertise with exceptional customer service skills to ensure successful project completion within their designated geographic territory.
Project Oversight:
- Conduct construction meetings with Property Owners to set expectations and review project scope
- Perform regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality
- Coordinate with crew leaders, inside customer service reps, field repairs tech to maintain project timelines
- Document and photograph project milestones
- Update ERP with communications, photos, and documentation provided by Property Owner or crews
Customer Experience Management:
- Serve as additional point of contact for Property Owners throughout field trade lifecycle
- Proactively address customer concerns and provide real-time project updates
- Facilitate on-site communication between crews, property owners, and internal employees
- Guide customers through each phase of their project
Quality Control:
- Conduct pre and post-project inspections
- Ensure work meets company standards and customer expectations
- Document and coordinate punch list items, small repairs as needed

Field Operations Support:

Reports to: Club Manager
Status: Full Time/Part Time/Non-Supervisor/Non-Exempt
Job Summary
Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
Handle front desk related tasks:
o Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
o Taking info calls and tours
o Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
Essential Behavior Requirements

Responsibilities
- Answers inbound calls and schedules HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical service, maintenance, and sales calls.
- Ability to follow scripting while prioritizing call types for maximum efficiency and success.
- Must be Detail Oriented and have the ability to Multitask.
- Set up customers and schedule service calls.
- Answer inbound calls for sales as a backup to sales coordinators.
- Help with outbound calls and other duties as assigned when needed.
- 2-3 Years of Customer Service Experience Desired

The weekend shifts are 6:00 am-12:00 pm, 12:30 pm-6:00 pm, and 6:00 pm-10:00 pm. We do offer flexibility in our schedules with options to work full-time or part-time.
