We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in the Accounting industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely. Responsibilities:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Reports to: Club Manager Status: Full Time/Part Time/Non-Supervisor/Non-Exempt Job Summary Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities  · Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience. 
· Handle front desk related tasks:
o Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
o Taking info calls and tours
o Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
· Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.

The Cashier and Customer Service position will be a blend of hospitality and operations. You will use cash registers, POS terminals, electronic scanners, and other related equipment to conduct monetary transactions with customers all while making sure our guests' needs are taken care of. At times you'll be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The ideal candidate is dependable and reliable with excellent customer service skills, top-notch accuracy, and displays exceptional customer service to ensure the guests will return.

Additionally, the Cashier and Customer Service role will greet customers as they enter the location and answer any questions as needed as well as take orders and enter them into the POS terminal. Attention to detail is a must, since you will accept payments for items purchased and balance the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift.
