Position Title: Field Service Representative (Part-Time)
Employment Type: Part-Time, As-Needed
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Field Service Representative to provide coverage on a part time basis during periods of employee time off (PTO) or increased service volume. This individual will perform the full scope of responsibilities typically assigned to a full-time Field Service Representative but on a part-time, as-needed basis.
This role is ideal for a consistent and trained professional who can be called upon when needed, reducing the inefficiencies associated with utilizing temporary staffing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between Vitu, clients, and state agency partners to support workflow efficiency and compliance.
Maintain a strong, positive working relationship with state counterparts.
Receive, log, and process incoming mail and documentation.
Prepare, package, and log transactions for delivery to the DMV.
Transport documents to and from DMV offices, including pick-up and delivery of completed transactions.
Log, scan, and track completed transactions.
Prepare and ship processed transactions to clients.
Enter data accurately into internal systems (e.g., Jira).
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Pay Scale: $13 - $15 per Hour
Location: Fully Onsite (7011 NW 140th St, Chiefland FL 32626)
Note:
This is a part-time position with variable hours , based on organizational need. Candidates should have flexible availability and be open to working on short notice when coverage is required.
Preferred Qualifications
DMV title and registration experience is a must.
Requires an individual with excellent communication and training skills.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must.
Strong writing skills
Must be familiar with various DMS systems that are used by MVSC clients.
A clean driving record and current State driver license is required.
Required Experience
Experience with Reports of Sale and other related DMV documents for both new and used vehicles
Experience with DMV accounting and bundle reconciliation
BPA program knowledge (E-filing)
Knowledge of DMV regulations pertaining to registration processing
Experience with Chrome and Firefox configuration and settings
