A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

+ Solves a wide range of complex problems requiring advanced interpretation of generally defined procedures and practices. Selects methods and practices to obtain imaginative, thorough, and practical solutions to questions.

+ Understands the organizational structure and key roles of teams. Maintains general knowledge of products/services associated with the area and employees involved with specific product lines and services.

+ Limited supervision. Receives no appreciable instruction on routine work and general instruction on new lines of work or special assignments.

+ Serves as backup to at least two specialized functions in the team.

+ Ability to train other CSRs.

+ Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

+ Must be available to work rotating shifts.

**Education and Experience:**

+ A High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.

+ 2 or more years of call center or customer service experience.

+ Customer account management experience preferred.

+ Flooring industry experience preferred.

**Competencies:**

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization is required.

+ Good voice quality that is conversational and professional.

+ Must have the ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines, and processing standards.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for interacting with all customers, maintaining a friendly, positive, authentic, empathetic, and professional approach, to deliver a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience. The CSR reports to the Store Manager, in partnership with the Operations Supervisor/Manager.   • Assist with all sales promotions and visual updates.

Physical Demands :

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time; reach for tools and objects with hands and arms; climb stairs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk to and hear customers . Our company is currently seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries, complaints and problems are resolved efficiently.
Responsibilities will include:
+ Responding promptly to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
+ Handling and resolving customer complaints.
+ Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
+ Providing customers with product and service information.
+ Documenting customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries or complaints as well as actions taken.
+ Monitoring customer service team and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.
+ Developing and maintaining customer relationships and updating customer databases.
+ Performing any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of customer service experience.
+ Proficient in utilizing customer service software, databases and CRM.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
+ Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress.

**Location: Albany, OR 97322**
**Pay: $** **16.15/hr** (+ hiring bonus also available)
**Shift: Must be able to work between Mon - Fri,** **_6:00am-6:00pm PST_**
**Training: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm PST**
The role of a Customer Service Representative is a key position within our client because you are the voice of our organization and clients. **Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include but are not limited to:**
+ Follow standard screens/scripts to perform tasks
