**The Opportunity**
Responsible for preparing the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis processors.
You will report to the Assistant Center Manager.
**The Role**
+ Prepares the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
+ Monitor the donor and the pheresis process, responds to specific alarms or signals that may occur during the process.
+ Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
+ Maintain alertness and awareness to any reaction donor may have during or after the pheresis process and notifies appropriate staff.
+ Use Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to record incidents that occur during the pheresis process, such as machine alerts and alarms, volume variances and donor adverse events.
+ Use PDA to link equipment and soft goods used in the pheresis process to the appropriate donor.
+ Alerts Group Leader or Supervisor of donor flow issues.
+ Ensure the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Understand the policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center if applicable.
+ Maintain clean efficient work environment, and ensures sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed. Follows all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. Promotes safety in all actions.

$27,669.00 - $51,188.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. + Troubleshoots and resolves customer issues & concerns (including but not limited to billing, credits, returns, payments, sourcing, pricing, availability, product recommendations & account related questions) using the most efficient and cost-effective resources and processes.
+ Delivers customer service in accordance with MSC quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction, account retention and revenue growth.
+ Consistently expand sales, service and product knowledge using MSC's training offerings.
+ Adopts and exhibits MSC Culture to ensure the fulfillment of MSC's vision and purpose.
+ Communicates customer issues and trends to leadership to ensure timely resolution and improvements in the customer overall experience.
+ Achieves the goal expectations of the role, including but not limited to quality, sales, quote conversion, upselling & productivity measurements.
+ Conducts extensive follow-up through the utilization of a ticket management system to ensure accuracy and timely resolution to customer inquiries.
+ Drives the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC's vision and unity of purpose.
+ Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required

**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
**SKILLS:**
+ Excellent customer service skills required.
+ Demonstrated sales skills desired.
+ Proficiency in systems used by the Representative, Customer Care-role, such as as/400, Oceana and the MSC website required.
+ Excellent communication skills required including the ability to speak and write standard business English required.
+ Bilingual ability (Spanish or French) desired.
+ General knowledge of the industrial supply industry desired.

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS:**
+ This position may require access to International Traffic in Arms Regulations Information (ITAR) and/or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
Compensation starting at $29,750.00 - $46,750 depending on experience.
The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on the candidates relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity.-The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change.
