Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Healthcare Customer Service. Position type: Full-time Contract Duration: 6 months contract Location: Remote
As a Healthcare Customer Service, you will:
- Possess basic knowledge of all Managed Care solutions
- Customer outreach through email, over the phone, live chat, and intake form
- Manage an average of 10-15 customer cases at a time
- Answer an average of 15-40 incoming calls per day from pharmacies and Sales Team Lead as Managed Care point person on conference calls for pharmacy chains and buying groups
- Attend and engage in daily Team huddle
- Attend and engage in cross-departmental meetings
- Confident, articulate and professional speaking abilities
- Maintain structured and organized day-to-day responsibilities
- Adaptable to the fluctuating healthcare landscape and open to new ideas and concepts
- Acts as an advocate and liaison between the customer and the organization
- Applies basic concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform routine tasks
- Responsible for identifying and tracking customer pain points
- Upholds department SOPs and SLAs and department goals
- Able and willing to troubleshoot technical issues
- Implement processes that improve overall customer experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 1-3+ years of previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
- Managed care, reimbursement, and in-store pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as great listening skills
- Organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Multi-task oriented
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
- Rapport building with Sales
- Ability to work independently

Responsibilities include working as part of a retail sales team to provide best in class customer care. The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) often begins as a Pick-n-Pull Greeter and can work their way up through Part Sales, Parts Specialist and eventually a store Sales Lead through positive work ethics and evaluations. This is a retail sales position that requires a "can do" selling spirit and the ability to work as a team to meet the store's sales goals. The CSA will be present during all peak customer traffic periods which could include weekends, sale days, or any other occasion that would generate high customer flow into the store per the specified store schedule. The CSA will promote sales and service to customers. The CSA is expected to maintain the excellent standards of all Pick-n-Pull policies and procedures, while always being pleasant, respectful, and helpful.
Essential Functions:
- Promote the Pick-n-Pull Safety Culture.
- Be a team player. Work as a member of the team to help the team achieve its goals.
- Maintain a high level of integrity.
- Provide required information to customers as they enter the store. Offer friendly and enthusiastic answers to customer questions.
- Follow loss prevention, risk control, quality assurance, and proper cash handling procedures at all times.
- Work as a team towards housekeeping, janitorial, and other duties as assigned by the task list. This can include cleaning tires, carrying batteries, mopping floors, etc.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Identify when customer interaction requires assistance from management.
- Complete sales training and follow the Pick-n-Pull 5 Step Sales Model. Engage in continuous training and education in all areas of the Pick-n-Pull business.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Must work safely at all times.
- Must have good people skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude.
- Able to work retail hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
- Must have reliable means of transportation.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in the English language.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.
- Be proficient in automotive part/product identification and recognize parts and how they relate to our customer receipts.
- Follow company dress code policy, maintaining a well groomed, neat appearance so as to create a favorable impression with customers.
- Previous experience in a retail environment preferred but not required.
Standing, lifting, walking, bending, and stretching are required regularly to perform customer care, product relocation and placement, and environmental health and safety functions.
- Manual dexterity to maintain the housekeeping of the facility by mopping, sweeping, etc. In conjunction, but not limited to, assigned task list duties.
- Vision must be sufficient to perform job functions safely as described above.
- Able to work on feet (stand and walk) for assigned work shift.
- Exposure on a regular basis to outdoor weather conditions.
- Exposure to occasional noisy conditions and machinery operation.

Job Description
Brightspeed is looking for a Customer Service Technician to join our team! As a Customer Service Technician, you will be performing installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of high-speed internet, video and voice networks including associated wiring and equipment. You will also be maintaining and repairing outside plant facilities within assigned geographic service areas. In this important role you may be required to work varying shifts that include mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays.
As a Customer Service Technician your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting of high-speed internet, video and voice networks including associated wiring and equipment
- Performing maintenance and repair on outside plant facilities
- Climbing poles, using a shovel and pick to dig up and bury cable, working in utility access holes or controlled environmental vaults (CEV), and locating buried telephone cables
- Observing all safety rules and regulations
- Assisting other technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested
- Actively supporting sales and marketing related activities
- Directing customer facing work and sales referrals
Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to distinguish colors on facilities
- Ability to handle 28 foot extension ladders (up to 75 lbs. routine work) and utility access hole covers (up to 150 lbs.)
- Ability to successfully complete service tech boot camp training, POTS/DSL installation/repair, cable splicing/maintenance, basic transmissions, air pressure, and HSI installations (self and full)
- Basic computer skills including MS Office applications
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g. attics, crawl spaces, utility holes)
- Ability to work aloft (e.g. ladder)
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and at various hours of the day/night
- A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company’s products and services to our customers
- Accountability/dependability (on time and on load when scheduled and serve on call as needed)
- Teamwork (technical expertise developed to complete work efficiently to achieve work group key service measures)
- Active Listening (ability to take input from customers, APS and co-workers to problem solve and improve skills)
- Ability to ask relevant questions to ensure problems are resolved quickly or to clarify information or directions
- Active Learning (curious seeker of added information and actively works to improve skills and knowledge)
