  • Current and valid drivers’ license;

    • Car Washes – identify customer needs and present complimentary solutions.

    • Additional purchase options – enthusiastically offer additional purchase options of retail merchandise or services in the convenience store.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized environment to ensure a positive visit for every customer including but not limited to:

Summary of position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.   • Receives and responds to voicemails.
  • Responds to questions via appropriate communication channels. 
  • Has a thorough understanding of all tests offered at MDX, including basic knowledge of their clinical relevance.
  • Sends updates to patients and physicians as directed.
  • Participates in multiple projects simultaneously, must multi-task. 
  • Has basic knowledge of billing and insurance information.
  • Troubleshoots Portal/Account issues. Complete understanding of backend processes.
  • Discuss details on turnaround times and testing procedures.
  • Displays a continual positive and professional attitude in all circumstances and cares for customer requests with the utmost respect and compassion.
  • Follows updated HIPAA guidelines. 
  • Performs all other duties as assigned. 




Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient in computer/technology skills especially with Microsoft products.
  • Excellent reading and writing skills in English and Spanish.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track interactions, manage customer data, and support sales or service processes is preferred.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
  • Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

Customer Account Coordinator

The Customer Account Coordinator will manage the day-to-day requirements for our customers. This position is perfect for anyone looking for a career that offers endless opportunities for growth personally and professionally in a rapidly growing high visibility business.

The Account Coordinator will be expected to manage customer business orders and address all inquiries and complaints. This is a fast-paced role requiring the ability to multi-task, problem solve, and work cross-functionally within the plant and office.

The person in this role will work closely with our outside Sales Representatives and will be directly responsible for quoting new business, building production specifications, accepting and confirming customer purchase orders, confirming inventory availability, coordinating freight, ensuring on time and in full delivery, as well as ensuring invoicing accuracy.

The Account Coordinator position will have daily interaction with Pratt's internal facilities, manufacturing, inventory and logistics teams. The Account Coordinator will also have daily interaction with our customers' facility managers and purchasing teams, and will provide rapid responses to all customer inquiries and needs.

Primary Responsibilities

Work closely with our Sales Team to promote business retention and growth.

Quoting new business / building production orders.

Processing Customer Purchase Orders.

Handle business customer complaints and questions and follow-up with appropriate internal personnel as required.

Confirming On Time and In Full (OTIF) Shipments.

Provide Rapid Responses to all Customer Tactical Needs (order needs, order changes, freight questions, etc.)

Track warehouse items to ensure availability and that agreed upon minimum/maximum levels are followed. Analyze monthly usages and re-stocking per customer.

Maintain business customer files.

Work with outside vendors for supplemental supplies and materials.

Complies with company policies and procedures.

Additional duties as assigned by management.

  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized environment to ensure a positive visit for every customer including but not limited to:
    • Outside areas: gas pump islands, payment terminal, and entrance to tunnel; and,
    • Inside areas: counters, merchandize display areas, restrooms, and customer waiting areas.
  • Keep convenience store merchandise stocked and organized, displays clean and well presented. Take inventory of merchandise levels as directed by store management.
  • Maintain point-of-sale transaction, sales, and cash drawer integrity by following procedures accurately. Effectively use all transaction technology including tablets, payment terminals, and other point-of-sale technology.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
  • Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
  • Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
