As the Customer Service Representative, you act as a resource to customers. Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve issues and follow through with the client until completion. Use discretion/decision-making authority as needed to resolve customer issues.

- Recommend replacement products or services based on customer requirements.

- Expedite for parts that are being assembled in our modification centers.
- Use the quoting tool on carriers' websites to give accurate parcel/freight quotes.
- Utilize SAP to create quotations for customers accurately.
- Using the Rittal Resource center to manage customer accounts, add users and companies.

Customer Service RepresentativeThe Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for interacting with all customers, maintaining a friendly, positive, authentic, empathetic, and professional approach, to deliver a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience. The CSR reports to the Store Manager, in partnership with the Operations Supervisor/Manager. supervision from a manager, the Customer Service Representative Team Lead provides oversight of the Customer Service Department and ensures compliance with Ryder policies and procedures.
**Essential Functions**
+ Lead assigned personnel and ensure CS tasks and functions are completed to maintain customer satisfaction.
+ Interacts with customers and contractors, answering questions regarding shipment times, product cuts, loads not picked up by the carrier, and damage claims, problem solving.
+ Conduct accuracy/quality reviews of CS processes to ensure that quality is being maintained.
+ Assist with training employees in processes when necessary.
+ Ensure that any escalated issues are handled either personally or brought to the attention of manager for resolution.
+ Perform and support all job requirements as directed by supervisor and/or manager, assist with daily CS tasks.
