The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting the Medicare Appeal process by answering incoming telephone calls, resolving customer questions, complaints, and requests adhering to internal policies and procedures.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Our Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between our customers and work crews. You will coordinate project scheduling and notify customers in advance and provide updates as needed or requested.

• Receive and manage customer phone calls regarding comments/issues/complaints

• Communicate with the Customer on work request
• On-Site inspection of property of desired gas installation/replacement
• Maintain well-organized filing and tracking systems
• Retrieval of documents or information, as required

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Ability to complete assignments while working under tight deadlines and with minimal or no supervision
• Ability to support other employees by being directly responsible for improving information, services, or support other employees need to do their jobs
• Ability to manage difficult customers on the phone and in person
• Ability to stay focused and manage multiple projects simultaneously despite fast-changing conditions

• Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
