Your New Role

As our Customer Service Representative in Akron, OH, you will be the backbone of our operations. Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate effectively will be key to ensuring our office runs smoothly.

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound customer follow-ups

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on skill set and availability

  • Update and maintain customer memberships and payment records

  • Organize and maintain files, records, and scheduling systems

  • Utilize ServiceTitan software for job management and scheduling

  • Assist with updating price books and coordinating technician assignments

  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
