Answer inbound calls and make outbound customer follow-ups
Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on skill set and availability
Update and maintain customer memberships and payment records
Organize and maintain files, records, and scheduling systems
Utilize ServiceTitan software for job management and scheduling
Assist with updating price books and coordinating technician assignments
Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
