As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at Mercantile Bank, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the integrity of banking operations. Responsibilities:- Executes the order entry process and manages the order fulfillment process for a given business or group of businesses and customers with a high degree of complexity.
