Job Description
A Customer Service Trainer is responsible for preparing customer service representatives to deliver exceptional client experiences. They design and lead engaging training programs that develop communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge skills, ensuring that every team member aligns with the company's standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for customer service teams
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new customer service hires
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement
- Monitor customer interactions and identify coaching opportunities
- Create training materials, guides, and manuals
- Support continuous improvement of service standards
- Collaborate with team leaders to ensure consistency in service delivery
- Proven experience as a customer service trainer, supervisor, or team lead
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technologies
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in training or coaching is a plus
