  • Analyze insurance policy terms to determine whether specific losses are covered under the policy.
  • Follow up with customers to respond to inquiries, share updates on claim investigations, or communicate planned adjustments.
  • Address customer complaints related to service or billing by facilitating activities such as merchandise exchanges, refunds, or billing corrections.
  • Review and compare disputed items with original orders and invoice records; prepare accurate documentation for returned goods.
  • Gather and evaluate all relevant information to assess the validity of customer complaints and identify potential contributing factors, such as weather-related impacts on utility bills.

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Little Ferry, New Jersey. In this contract role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional support to our clients while ensuring seamless coordination across departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the aerospace industry while honing your customer service and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a welcoming and detail-oriented environment for clients conducting business.
- Coordinate communications between departments to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
- Process customer requests for quotes and convert them into sales orders as needed.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns by utilizing organizational resources.
- Provide clients with updates on shipping details and follow up as required.
- Maintain and update customer interactions and records within the Siebel database.
- Generate and process reports as assigned.
- Assist clients in obtaining details about services offered by other departments or external vendors.
- Perform administrative tasks assigned by management to support business operations.
- Take on additional duties as needed to meet organizational goals. Requirements - Proficiency in SAP for order entry and data management.
- Experience with processing sales quotes and managing related transactions.
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across departments to resolve issues.
- Familiarity with Siebel or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Metuchen, New Jersey area. In this role, you will act as a knowledgeable resource for customers, providing expert support and solutions related to our products and services. This position offers an opportunity to engage with customers and contribute to the ongoing success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve product-related issues, including warranty claims and return authorization processes.
- Identify opportunities for additional revenue through upselling and promotional marketing initiatives.
- Utilize multiple software platforms, such as Navision and ZenDesk, to manage order entry and document customer interactions.
- Maintain organized records and documentation in compliance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with shipping and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Support the Customer Service Manager by creating written materials, responses, and knowledge-based documentation as needed.
- Handle customer interactions with professionalism and maintain positive relationships with coworkers.
- Offer suggestions to enhance departmental processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or client support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
