**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Manage profitability; effective risk and underwriting actions; guide sales of products and services that result in solutions that create value for the client and sustainable profit for the Organization.
+ Implement and administer strategic activities related to retaining and growing sales within assigned market, including setting goals for enrollment, profitability, and cross-selling.
+ Serve as a coach for the staff.
+ Provide the leadership necessary to motivate and develop the account management personnel to achieve and/or exceed sales / retention goals and profitability within assigned market.
+ Continuously raising expectations to achieve goals while upholding organizational values and standards and tracking progress towards goals.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of Degree.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $75,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Engages clients in discussions on their business needs and related activity in order to determine if other TruePlan products and services may be appropriate and then make proper referrals to TruePlan sales staff.Qualifications: Associate's degree plus three to five years of related experience required (bachelor's degree preferred). Seven years of related product or client experience may substitute for education requirement. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to satisfactorily perform the duties of the job may be substituted. New York State Life, Accident and Health license and FINRA 6, 63 & 65 required or obtained within a reasonable amount of time (6 months) post hire. Must have the ability and confidence to present, work, and build relationships with senior level staff and be able to provide consultative value to clients from a global and strategic perspective. Must have working knowledge of and remain current in regulations governing various types of retirement plans, including, but not limited to, 403(b), 401(k), and non-qualified plans. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Must be a self-starter who is motivated, enthusiastic, and has exceptional human relations and long-term relationship building skills. Must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting to Boards of Directors and C-suite individuals. Must possess excellent attention to detail, project management and organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize duties and act independently. Travel within assigned territory to meet clients, typically several times per month. **MCM Placement Overview**
Multicultural Client Management (MCM) is an international group that wears many hats. The primary focus
is Service and Broking, but Consulting is also a key offering in advising our Global Clients across
all lines of business, not just International Casualty. The "ABCs" of MCM start with Strategic Advisory on all things global impacting a client's risk programs regardless of line of coverage; broking of the International Casualty and/or International Package programs; and then coordinating and managing our global network to implement the global programs and service the subsidiaries of our global clients around the globe. The MCM team handles and manages WTW's network (foreign offices) and acts as the Liaison for all International issues. A role in MCM is suited to individuals who look forward to working in a client facing role, negotiating with insurance companies and are eager to work on several different projects at the same time.

**Compensation and Benefits**
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. **Compensation** :
The hourly rate being offered for this role is $22hr - $25hr USD. This role is also eligible for overtime.
