The Data Visualization Specialist will serve as a core function of the deployment team delivering Savills’ client-facing technology product, Knowledge Cubed. This role supports and enhances a selection of Tableau dashboards uniquely configured for each client.
Working under a Senior Data Visualization Specialist, this role ensures dashboards remain accurate, reliable, and aligned to client needs, while also contributing ideas that improve the product over time. The position blends technical Tableau expertise with operational discipline and client-facing support.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and enhance assigned Tableau dashboards for client portfolios.
- Work within dashboards containing advanced Tableau elements such as complex calculations, layered filters, drill-downs, LOD expressions, parameter actions, blended data sources, and performance tuning.
- Publish, maintain, and monitor dashboards in Tableau Server, including managing extracts, scheduling, user permissions, and performance checks.
- Connect Tableau dashboards to SQL data sources; assist in troubleshooting and validating data pipelines with data integration teams.
- Perform updates, refinements, and QA checks to ensure dashboards remain accurate and consistent.
- Collaborate with data integration teams to maintain stable, optimized data connections.
- Contribute ideas and enhancements to the Knowledge Cubed product roadmap.
- Assist with client deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting under senior specialist guidance.
