• Reviews system logs and real time alerts for infrastructure to identify trends, investigate abnormalities, and report exceptions to the information security program

• 4-6 years' experience with relevant scripting languages or programming frameworks desired (Python, C, windows script; PowerShell)
• Working knowledge of SSRS, Tableau required
• 2 or more years of IT operational experience supporting robust online application in a 24X7 production environment (on call)
• Direct experience in consumer/B2C software as a service and/or web-based applications required
• Knowledge in 1 or more Cloud Platforms including but not limited to: AWS, Azure, Google and hybrid cloud environments
• Advanced knowledge of database design to produce sound logical and physical data models
• Advanced knowledge of T-SQL and coding techniques to code stored procedures and triggers
• Experience with system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and security procedures; experience with Windows desired

• Knowledge in Monitoring, Alerting tools such as Datadog, Quest, SQL Sentry
• Expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting high availability redundancy strategies on systems including replication, clustering, log shipping, mirroring
• Expertise in database design and architectural principles and methodologies, developing scalable databases for high concurrent user count and processing volume
• Expertise with Disaster Recovery planning and implementation
• Excellent systems documentation and system diagraming skills
