The Job
Our client is seeking a Lead PCB Designer. The PCB Designer will effectively utilize design software deployed at the company to create, modify, review, and validate PCB designs for rigid, flexible, and rigid flex printed circuit boards. Functions
- Utilize Mentor PADS layout software to incorporate schematic, mechanical, and manufacturing inputs into new and revised HDI PCB designs.

**Responsibilities**
+ Lead projects and and teams, delivering Electrical designs and 3D models for Power generation projects, using SmartPlant3d and Naviswork, using applicable engineering national and local codes
+ Electrical design experience includes component and complete system layouts including duct bank, embedded conduit, cable tray, grounding and lighting systems from concept to completion utilizing engineering documents, sketches or vendor data.
+ Generate raceway, lighting and power plan, section, P&ID's, and perspective drawings from the 3D model.

+ At least 10+ years' experience in electrical component and systems design with recent experience with Electrical Physical Design (and circuit and raceway), in Power, (or heavy industry where you are doing above and below ground electrical systems that deliver and connect power) is required.
+ Highly proficient with 3D modeling , preferably using Smartplant3D, but will consider proficiency in other 3D modeling/cad tools with experience in Power or Oil and gas electrical systems.
+ Experience in Power generation electrical design is preferred.
+ Electrical design 3D modeling experience includes all of the following: component and complete system layouts including duct bank, embedded conduit, cable tray, grounding and lighting systems from concept to completion utilizing engineering documents, sketches or vendor data, as well as performing relevant calculations.

The AV Design Engineer will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current designs for new and current customers. Additionally, you will provide engineering support to our technical staff for design/build engagements.

- Lead the development of preliminary system design drawings, construction documents, equipment specifications and cost proposals.
- Work with our business units and end users to lead the technology design and discussion, analyze current client technology, listen to goals and challenges to help achieve desired outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced creative producer to guide the design-focused editorial strategy and production work across all publishing channels, overseeing and continually iterating on the content development process and acting as a guide for the team's day-to-day work.
