The Director of Business Development & Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic growth initiatives to increase referrals, admissions, brand awareness, and community engagement for an adolescent behavioral health facility. This role serves as the primary liaison between the facility and referral sources, including hospitals, schools, therapists, psychiatrists, pediatricians, community organizations, insurance providers, and other healthcare partners.

The Director will cultivate referral relationships, oversee marketing initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with admissions and clinical teams to ensure sustainable census growth while maintaining compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Business Development
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase admissions and facility census.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including:
    • Hospitals and emergency departments
    • Behavioral health providers
    • Private practice therapists
    • Psychiatrists and psychologists
    • School districts and guidance counselors
    • Pediatricians and primary care physicians

The Opportunity
As a Strategic Commercial Director - Health Industries, you will lead the development of executive-level perspectives for priority clients.
