In this role you will be responsible for the day to day operations of this 74 apartment assisted living community. You will maintain occupancy, monthly financial performance, along with supervising staff and maintaining positive working relationships will all residents, resident family members & employees.
Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum of three years related in operational leadership experience required.
- Senior Living experience is required!
- Understanding of appropriate methods for hiring, training, evaluating, motivating and disciplining personnel.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

We are looking for an Executive Director, Originations for our client, a multi-$billion-dollar financial services institution (the "Bank"). This position will report directly to the Head of Debt Originations - and the candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of debt originations and will work closely with members of the investment teams, including originations, asset management, research, portfolio management, legal and various other internal departments.
The successful candidate will have a track record evidencing their ability to originate, structure, conduct due diligence and close senior and subordinate debt transactions, primarily in the Southern and Eastern United States. Specifically, the candidate will have a well-documented track record of negotiating and structuring complex loan structures, with experience in senior mortgage structures, including construction loans, bridge loans and subordinate structures, including mezzanine and preferred equity.
**Essential Job Functions:**
+ Proactively identify and generate new client and existing relationships nationwide through networking, cold calling, referrals and attending top industry conferences.
+ Sourcing, evaluation and execution of debt investments in the US market, with exposure to a variety of traditional and alternative asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, hospitality, self-storage, and retail
+ Underwrite and analyze potential loan opportunities, including cash flow projections using ARGUS and/or Excel software, valuations and loan metrics
+ Negotiate mortgage loan terms with borrowers.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

- Ensure the quality control and execution of Quality Assurance's projects. Identifies bottlenecks and

transformation of the Agency's portfolio management into the future and support its business partners.
- Manage the Quality Assurance Directors in charge of units involved with high level testing of
applications developed for DSS/HRA/DHS/ External Projects and Data Integration ensuring conformity
to the Agile Software Development Life Cycle {SDLC) and or Waterfall methodology's accepted
standards. Oversee the implementation, evaluation and monitoring of existing or new quality assurance
methods/tools and strategies by all subordinate units.

quality assurance methodologies safeguarding compliance to federal, state, local laws/regulations.
Review documentation/recommendations submitted by subordinate staff and signs off on the quality

Management to review the status of projects and discuss project strategies and issues.
- Attend meetings with Agency management to develop plans and long-range strategy. Interface with
