**JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE**
Responsible for meeting with customers to determine electric needs and requirements. Design jobs to install, replace, or remove distribution facilities to support customer requests, reliability projects, or infrastructure improvement.
**JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Primary responsibility will be to manage multiple distribution projects for new residential and commercial businesses. Includes meeting with customers to determine their service needs, design of overhead and underground line extensions, estimating costs, preparing construction drawings and coordinate construction commits.
+ Coordinate and lead pre-design and pre-construction meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Perform engineering calculations to aid in planning and corrective measure projects (i.e., load studies, revenue justification, fault current, voltage drop, etc.).
+ Provide leadership and technical support to local operations and contract compliance with regards to distribution design standards and practices to provide seamless service to customers and external constituents.
+ Aid local Right of Way agent with acquiring permits and ROW documents.
+ Assist with storm restoration efforts as needed both local and out of town leading and/or participating in damage assessment activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and assists with the day-to-day activities of assigned shifts as instructed by the Distribution Center Supervisor.
  • Assists with evaluating the performance of team members and providing training experience as needed giving feedback to the distribution center management.
  • Assist with the reinforcement of SEAL and Standard Work along with assisting with implementation of the SEAL Operating Systems and Standard work to increase productivity and improve service within the operation.
  • Records, either by manual or automated inventory control system, the receipt, storage and distribution of equipment, supplies and specialty items in centralized warehouse operation
  • Assists with supervision of maintenance of facilities, product handling equipment and inventory warehousing control systems, manual or automated.
  • Coordinates all assigned warehousing activities with management and administration.
  • Champions safe working conditions and monitors associates to ensure safe operation of equipment within the warehouse.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Distribution Center Supervisor.

**Job Summary:**
The Associate Distribution Coordinator initiates, maintains, and compiles records associated with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment. Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in distribution center.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Compares nomenclature, stock numbers, and other listed information on packing slips to verify accuracy of purchase orders and shipping orders
+ Compiles and performs data entry tasks to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping, and other records; uses data sources such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, etc.

**The anticipated pay range for this role is as follows:** **$18/hr**
Performs warehouse tasks within the facility, primarily without the use of Material Handling Equipment (cherry picker, reach truck, double reach, sit down forklift, motorized pallet jack, etc.). Unloads, receives, and processes inbound shipments. Performs bin replenishment, moves product around the distribution center to ensure efficient processing, and prepares pick locations. **LUM Picking**
+ Selects products and quantities as directed by Voice Pick Technology and/or RF scanner and places items into totes on conveyor belt.
+ Removes empty cartons from pick module as needed.
**Sortation**
+ Prepares sortation area by setting up pallets and carts for product.
+ Moves cartons and totes from conveyor belts and/or rollers and places on pallets and/or carts according to assigned batch.
**Loading**
+ Uses RF scanner to ensure that totes, pallets, and carts are loaded correctly onto trucks for customer delivery.
+ Uses pallet jack to load pallets.
**General requirements for all functions**
+ Follows general sequencing and process procedures.
