Cornerstone Building Brands is looking to hire a highly motivated sales professional for the position of District Sales Manager in Florida. 

This teammate will report to the Southeast Regional Manager and will be responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory. This role is representing our Ceco Building Systems product line.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals
  • Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the market
  • Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer’s business and the critical measures that drive each account
  • Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
  • Ability to work with Operating Systems
Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience, 5+ years of experience in Building Materials
  • Experience within the pre-engineered building space preferred 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Cornerstone Building System’s associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents
  • Must have thorough understanding of construction process
  • Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities
  • Strong understanding of Drafting, Estimating, and Inside Sales
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential
  • Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • 50-70% travel in market


Additional Information

The US average base salary for this role is $65,000-75,000 + sales incentive + auto allowance + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)

Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee and optimize transportation and delivery operations in Miami, Florida, US . This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex supply chains, improving efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a team, leveraging technology, and navigating the challenges of a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across all transportation and delivery functions.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the logistics department, including fleet management, route optimization, scheduling, and carrier relations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, warehouse, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and generate reports to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure service level agreements are met.

  • Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in logistics and transportation management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale fleet operations and distribution networks.
  • In-depth knowledge of transportation modes, logistics software (TMS, WMS), and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with international shipping and customs procedures is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
