This role exists to provide the Entertainment Department with quality sound technicians for shows in order to provide Park Guests with a high-quality entertainment experience.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Mix sound for stage shows
  • Reset stages for next show
  • Changing stage sets for different shows
  • Routine maintenance and upkeep of audio system and related components
  • Wear Dollywood Entertainment provided costume or uniform
  • Keep work area orderly, neat, safe, and well maintained
  • Assist in other areas of the Entertainment Division as directed
  • Drive company vehicles (cars, vans, non-commercial trucks) to transport personnel and/or supplies

Education and Experience Required

  • Must have experience mixing and supporting live theatrical sound
  • Must be able to operate audio system in a safe manner

  • Construct, modify, and repair structural systems comprised of, but not limited to, foundation systems, framing, sheathing, roofing, door and window installation, exterior siding, gypsum board, interior and exterior trim in compliance with Southern Building Codes, OSHA Regulations, and applicable industry standards
  • Utilize basic measurement skills as they pertain to carpentry work, i.e., foundation plans and elevations, and identify materials as provided within blueprints/scale drawings
  • Operate construction equipment needed to perform assigned projects, i.e., bobcat, forklift, manlift, dump trucks, etc.
  • Assist with conducting scheduled maintenance and regulatory inspections
  • Assist with keeping all games and coin operating equipment in working order

    • Budget - achieves budgetary goals for food cost control
    • Inventory Control - responsible for maintaining a proper level of inventory at all times
  • Assist in conducting employee performance evaluations
  • Learn from and be coached by Team Lead on various topics, including the basics of inventory, ordering, scheduling
  • Be an active participant and a model example in safety issues relating to personal safety and the Analyze labor usage to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency utilizing the functions of Shift Planner, creating unit schedules that correlate labor hours and sales volume in proportion
  • Ensure that daily cash checks are done; take corrective action for excessive over/shorts
  • Ensure unit is organized and maintained in a sanitary manner by ensuring proper cleaning schedules are followed

Education and Experience Required

  • At least one (1) year experience in Food Service
  • At least 6 months of supervisory experience preferred
  • Must pass "ServSafe Applied Foodservice Sanitation Training and Certification" Program

The Customer Service Representative provides administrative support to the site business office focusing on scheduling logistics, shipping information and report generation.

How you will impact Smurfit Westrock:

  • Communication with suppliers for load scheduling.
  • Administer billing, load allocations and trip tickets.
  • Ensure all required paperwork has been completed and is in good order.
  • Completing monthly generation reports for suppliers/vendors.
  • Creating monthly rental / baler charges, AP manual voucher spreadsheet and entering miscellaneous invoices.
  • Compiling and completing End Of Month closing duties.
  • Completing and posting Sales Accrual data.
  • Completing Brokerage Sales Accrual data.
  • Completing JE Stats Accrual (purchase & sales tons).

What you need to succeed:

  • Intermediate level competence with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
  • Preferred 1+ years of administrative experience.
  • Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate courtesy and tact when interacting with other employees and customers.
  • Good organization skills; attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work on multiple administrative tasks; ability to effectively communicate department policies and procedures.
