Job Summary:

The Driver/Warehouseman is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, making deliveries to ships and launches as required to Customer vessels within their assigned geographical region. In the warehouse, the position requires stocking shelves, pulling orders, and general housecleaning to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities of the warehouse and delivery operation
  • Act as the point person for warehouse related issues including EH&S, audits, and procedures
  • Manage the inventory control and delivery execution in a group of delivery locations
  • Understand warehouse and delivery capabilities in the geographic region
  • Oversee warehouse responsibilities for completing orders including processing paperwork

Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills:

  • 2-3 years prior CDL driving experience with a 26,000+ lbs. GVW vehicle with air brakes
  • Forklift certification or capability of either using a forklift or being trained on the job
  • Basic computer skills

Physical Working Environment:

  • Acting as an Ambassador for Freebee and any other partnering company. This can include handing out samples and attending advertising events.
  • Communicate with management and team members about any occurrences while driving within the community.

Position Requirements:

  • You must be at least 22 years old.
  • Must have the ability to drive a commercial vehicle.
  • Must have a passion for helping others.
  • Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
  • Have 3+ years of licensed driving experience in the United States.
  • Must possess strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate a driver app.
  • Must have a clean driving record.

Title: Driver/Warehouse Associate

Reports to: Director of Operations (“DOO”) or management designee

Summary: The responsibilities include but are not limited to being responsible for collecting customer information regardless of media type. Additionally, this position, while operating company vehicles, will use the utmost care and discretion by adhering to federal and state transportation laws and any related company policies.


Essential functions:

  • Barcode and process inventory into inventory management system
  • Pull orders and prepare for delivery including documentation.
  • Create daily paperwork for inbound/outbound inventory transactions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating a picker forklift or other company equipment
  • Perform pre-trip safety inspection on vehicles and/or other warehouse equipment and complete appropriate documentation.
  • Make deliveries and pickups of client inventory.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Drive vans or box trucks to customer locations for service needs.
  • Report to work on time prepared to perform the duties of the position.
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards.
  • Receive, comprehend, and respond appropriately to direction.
  • Work with customers to fulfill customer service requests.
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor or DOO.
  • In the event of inclement weather, report to work two hours before regularly scheduled time to allow for delays and to budget time to put tire chains on company vehicles, if necessary.

Work environment: Must be able to tolerate heat in the summer and cold in the winter.

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb/balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must be able to reach, handle, carry, and lift between 10 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. While performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, read, and identify numbers for accurate order filling and receiving of material.


Education and eligibility requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean MVR
  • Clean background check
  • Must be able to pass random drug screens.
  • Must be able to carry a cell phone to be in constant communication with the Records Center
  • Strong commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Must be able to work overtime and available around the clock including holidays
  • Strong directional awareness and navigational skills
  • Commercial Driver’s License, if applicable

Position Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Maintenance Associate to support the daily operations of our blood bank. This role involves assisting with warehouse organization, inventory management, facility upkeep, and delivery services across Miami and Fort Lauderdale. If you are hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a critical industry, we encourage you to apply.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Organize and prepare a high volume of outgoing shipments daily.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and documentation.
  • Perform lifting and moving of 50+ lb. boxes regularly.
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and upkeep across our Miami and Fort Lauderdale locations.
  • Deliver products and materials to clients and partners in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas.
  • Complete deliveries to the post office, bank, and other customers as required.
  • Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of warehouse tools and systems.
  • Support basic facility maintenance functions as requested by management.


Qualifications:


  • Basic handy-work and mechanical skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially for inventory tracking and documentation.
  • Valid, clean drivers license with ability to make deliveries.
  • Physically able to lift and move 50+ lbs consistently.
  • Ability to work well under the guidance of a warehouse supervisor / manager and adapt to various tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and good reading comprehension skills.
