**Clinical Education Manager**
This position contributes to the fulfillment of CommonSpirit Health's mission and vision by planning, organizing, implementing and directing resources in assigned areas of centralized nursing education. This position contributes to the centralized education, training and development goals and objectives based on evaluation of organization and individual needs. Facilitates resources to deliver education, training and development programs. Under the leadership of the Market Director, works to ensure consistent and effective delivery of education programs that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
+ **Strategic Education & Development:** Oversee the development and implementation of nursing education strategies, clinical training, and professional growth initiatives to elevate patient care standards. Key collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and leadership.
+ **Full-Scope Team Management** : Lead and develop the educational team, covering all aspects from recruitment and performance management to fostering high-performing individuals. This role will oversee perioperative and emergency service lines, as well as programs.
+ **Operational Excellence & Compliance:** Drive continuous improvement in educational processes, manage departmental resources and budget, and ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and quality standards.
**Job Requirements**
Required Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Must also have Master's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
Current license as RN in Nebraska, Iowa or multi-state compact license.
Basic Life Support is required upon hire. Acceptable credentialing bodies and certifications include the following: American Heart Association: Basic Life Support.
