- Collaborate and Imagine – Work with your classroom team to dream up group investigations that build skills, spark play, and foster friendships.
- Celebrate Children’s Voices – Document learning through photos, weekly blog posts, and portfolios that showcase children’s discoveries and ideas.
- Guide with Positivity – Model and support positive guidance strategies to help children thrive socially and emotionally.
- Keep Growing – Participate in reflective supervision, welcome feedback, and seek out new learning opportunities to keep your teaching fresh and inspired.
- Join the Fun – Be part of school-wide activities like professional development, family events, field trips, celebrations, and special projects!
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- A clear background check (safety first!).
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Familiarity with emergent curriculum and relationship-based learning.
- A CDA/TCC credential (or a plan to pursue continuing education with our support).
